Aloha!  We are the Leckrone Ohana, and we are grateful you stopped by our family business.

We are a family of five, with a love for traveling, and going to the beach, but I think we are best described by naming the pillars that hold us up:  our family, our faith, our friends, and good food!

Originally from Virginia and North Carolina, we got stationed in Texas, then found ourselves blessed to be stationed in Oahu.

We promised to tell you how Daddy Delicious came to be, so first that starts by introducing the Grill-master himself – and Daddy – Frank.

Over the course of time in Texas, Frank started to dabble in backyard grilling.   Soon he found himself sharing his grilling with all the neighbors.  This started becoming a regular “thing.”

The reputation for his cooking and grilling got to the point where we were getting requests for meals.  The seed was planted to open a business…     What started out as a simple idea began resonating deeper after a family meal one night.  As we all sat down at the dinner table to enjoy a meal Frank had just grilled up, our son said, “Mmm. These are the best burgers that I have ever tasted! These are daddy delicious!”

Needless to say, it was the match that lit our entrepreneurial barbeque that night.

Fast-forward to our move to Hawaii, Frank decided to make his dream a reality!
His desire is to share his food on a grand scale.  To bring that friendly backyard BBQ to Oahu.  And to make people smile and talk again about a really great meal.
